Summary: My wallet got forgotten in our room and they went out of their way to get in touch with me and get it back to me before I had even noticed it was missing. They went above and beyond!

Summary: In general is good except things always seem to be sort of missing from what I would’ve expected. For instance, the last morning I was there I noticed that I didn’t have clean towels. But it was too late to try to get Any at that particular point in time. And another time I had like the shampoo were collapsed in the shower afterwards with me using it. But I didn’t get fresh ones. Overall, the room was very clean and I was overall satisfied.

Summary: The staff was incredibly accommodating and sweet. The room was comfortable and very clean. I was treated quite well. My room's refrigerator wasn't working and the staff took care of it immediately.

Summary: The area is quiet. It is near a shopping strip. They have tried to make an improvement to some of the rooms. The new bed was heavily broken in on the sides. The middle of the king bed was comfy. We asked for a handicapped room. The door got stuck on the new flooring so it would not open all the way. If I had a wheelchair instead of a walker, I would not have been able to enter the room. The new walk/roll in shower was a great concept. It did have a seat if needed in the shower. The floor was not done correctly and when the shower was used, water flooded the entire bathroom. There were not enough towels to soak up that much water. There are sufficient free parking spaces. Microwave and fridge were clean. Free morning breakfast was only adequate. Nothing special. We have stayed here many times over the years and even with it's new quirks, it is still a nice low budget room.

Summary: No complaints. Comfortable bed. Construction going on for improvement. First room smelled smoky but the man was very nice and gave me a nonsmoking room

Summary: I checked in after 10pm and felt very unsafe. The front lobby smelled strong of cigarette smoke and there were 2 men. The men were not behind the desk, did not have name tags or uniforms. I initially could not tell if they were employees or not. Note- Most of the rooms open to the outside. The outside property is not well maintained. Lots of temporary type fixes in place. All of the electric outlets were out the first night in my room. They did fix the next morning. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, could not recommend.
