Summary: The room and linens were clean. The bathroom was clean with no evidence of mold. The staff was very friendly. Felt safe there. The continental breakfast was not my favorite-not a fan of powdered eggs. It was very close to the Barefoot Trail, which was the reason we came up, so the location was great. Definitely would recommend.

Summary: Girl at the front desk needed more training. I had selected pay at hotel. I reserved the room with one card but when I got there decided to pay with a different card when they charged me they used the first card not the card I gave them when I got there to pay. They don’t clean rooms until after the 3rd day. Shower wasn’t very clean had brown stuff around the drain.

Summary: The room was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff very helpful. Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was OK. Glad to have the coffee. The only thing amiss was the exterior of the building was rotting, literally. The wood trim was rotting.The fascia was rotting. It is clear that the material used is not appropriate for the climate and if they dont do maintenance soon water will infiltrate into the rooms.
