Positive: We really enjoy the Best Western and have stayed there on a number of occasions; however, we had to lug a lot of stuff up to the second story. At our age, it was very difficult. Otherwise, it is a very good place to stay.

Negative: Taking our suitcases up a couple of flights of steps to get to our room.

Positive: We were upgraded to a suite with two double bed and L shaped sofa. Staff were friendly and helpful with waffle maker. Automatic pancakes and good juices.

Negative: Sofa needed. Upgrading as stained.

Positive: The staff were great, they are all a credit to the company, friendly and helpful. Surprisingly good breakfast which was included in the price. Loved the non-touch pancake maker. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. - would recommend Ocean Buffet.
