Location Location Location. This is the best location in the entire area. Short walking distance to both St. Armands Circle and Lido Key! Its a 2 minute walk to the St Armands Circle and a five minute walk to the white sands of Lido Beach where you can always find your place in the sun. Very large bedroom, with a king-size bed and large closet space. New Flexsteel couches and furnishings. Pull out couch (queen size) in large living area can accommodate 2 more people. Kitchen and bathroom are modern. First floor unit is easy to get in and out of, with apartment located near the pool and spa. High speed wifi and cable tv is also included. The condo complex has a large laundry room that you have access to as well! You have your own covered parking spot so you can be more mobile and grocery shop or head to downtown Sarasota. Note: this unit can (and has) accommodate 4, however it is much more spacious for 2.

Summary: Other than a shortage of toilet paper and the cleaning service had left a few strange hairs on the shower wall, which was promptly addressed with speed and efficiency, everything was great. A few new wine glasses would come in handy……

Summary: Easy to run 1bed property close to St Armand Circle. Perfect for 2 people but could comfortably accommodate 4 people by using sofa bed. The host was easy to contact although we didn’t have any issues.. It was a most enjoyable trip in an excellent location. Very clean.

Summary: Location location location! Very homely condo and the buildings and pool area were very well maintained. No TV in bedroom despite being in the photos which was a bit disappointing. Overall a great stay though.

Summary: One towel when we arrived but taken care of after a call Stove a mess. And we found a dog bone on the floor but overall we had a nice stay
