Summary: Location, coziness, clean, straightforward, very helpful hosts. 10/10 place to stay. They were very friendly and more/less paved the way for our food the entire time! When we return to Clearwater/Sarasota, I’m coming back here.

Summary: The location is VERY convenient to museums, gardens, downtown, bay, etc. It is easy to get to anyplace you need to go.The Studio itself is charming and contains more amenities than I could have expected. Everything was arranged logically and thoughtfully. Everything worked.I couldn't have asked for better and will try to stay here again if I return to the area.

Summary: I loved my stay. It was walkable distance to everything! The neighborhood was so cute and safe. The host was extremely friendly and responsive and she had so many neat touches. I would definitely stay here again. What a beautiful area and cute little place, plus you can’t beat the price!

Summary: The property description was pretty. Accurate the room was a good size for 2 people. But not a lot of room to move around. Which was in the description. The outside space had hammocks and a picnic table. This is not a beachfront condo. But for the price was a good value.
