You'll have all four bedrooms, the common area, kitchen, backyard, and garage completely to yourself--no shared areas.
We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.
The place is located 1 block from Pacific Avenue, 2 blocks from Starbucks and 5 blocks from the lovely, renowned Pacific Lutheran University, and quick access to Tacoma, Puyallup, and JBLM. The immediate neighborhood is typical Parkland without too many frills, but the PLU-owned Garfield Station Apartment complex and adjacent restaurants are just 6 blocks away.

Summary: The whole experience was amazing. 1940’s theme was absolutely incredible. House was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen and bathroom accessories. Enjoyed the jukebox and ping pong table.

Summary: Our stay was great! Our family enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend it. The location is convenient to the highway and a grocery store that’s around the corner. There was even a church a few blocks away and were able to attend service on Sunday. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Summary: The property is just as described and a perfect size for our family. We were visiting for the weekend as we have a student at PLU right down the street. Very convenient and close to everything. Property manager is very responsive and we will be back.
