Positive: We had an amazing experience staying at this property over New Year's Eve. The house is situated in a peaceful holiday home neighborhood, very close to the thermal baths. The house is well-equipped and cozy, featuring a common area (living room), a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor, another bathroom with a toilet upstairs, a fully functional kitchen, and four bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a small dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise. Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper and towels. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, is small, with a futon-style bed, perfect for one adult. The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a double bed and a baby crib. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed, two single beds, and a pull-out sofa, and another with two interconnected rooms—one with a double bed and a sofa, and the other with two single beds. The yard offers parking space for three cars, a barbecue area, dining space, and three cauldron stations (perfect for preparing goulash or fried potatoes) The host was absolutely amazing—fluent in English and always available for any requests or questions. When we asked for a shoehorn, it was provided immediately. The host also recommended visiting the nearby thermal baths, which turned out to be a fantastic suggestion—we had a great time

Negative: We honestly can't think of anything negative about our stay; everything was perfect. However, we do have two suggestions for improvement: Adding a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen area (we brought our own from home as we prefer this type of coffee) and A larger grill for the barbecue area.
