Negative: We stayed 30th and 31st of January and the place is lovely but was very dusty, which is mention in their guest book a few times. But what spolit it for us was it was extremely windy and what seemed like every 30 seconds the place would rock which made it extremely uncomfortable and woke you up every time you drifted off to sleep. So we wouldn't be returning.

Positive: Lovely floating lodge. Views were fantastic and as the last lodge on the pontoon it was very private. Lodge was clean and well equipped, comfy beds, good showers and plenty of cutlery/ crockery.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Things have obviously improved a lot since some of the earlier reviews, which noted a few issues.

Positive: Unusual. Loved the situation. Accommodation was warm and comfortable.

Negative: As mentioned in reviews before…would have liked more crockery and cutlery provided. There were four of us and only four place settings. The dishwasher was of no use to us…we had to wash up all the time.

Positive: Perfect location for a quiet, restful break (and a short walk in to town if you want something livelier). It’s a very special location, with swans drifting past your front door

Negative: Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Wasn’t sure if it was ‘user error’ or if it was broken - maybe some instructions on how to work it and the heating system would be helpful
