Positive: Nice place to stay in Dominica if you are looking for a nature immersion experience. The house blends into the vegetation and as soon as we arrived we felt calm and relaxed. The spring water tasted amazing. It was well located for some great outdoor activities such as Trafalgar Falls and hot springs.

Negative: The toilet didn't work properly and some amenities were missing like a mirror in the bathroom or a microwave in the kitchen or even a drainer, but that added to the experience. It was like we were camping. Note that the house is accessible by a long stone staircase which blends with the flamboyant nature around the house but not very practical for the elderly or children. It is best to have a rental vehicle or use taxis to visit the island because the roads are not suitable for pedestrians.

Summary: We had a great time in Dominica and enjoyed sleeping at Berkey's Jungle Paradise. We felt connected with the nature

Positive: The location is fabulous in the luxurious forest with beautiful view , very closed to Trafalgar Falls ,Freshwater lake and Boiling lake trail. Berkey welcome us very well and gave us helpful advices for our stay .

Negative: You need to call Berkey on your arrival as the road to get to his place is not easy to find. But Berkey was available and helpful.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. Very exotic within a beautiful nature and closed to trails.
