Positive: Ossana is a gorgeous and wonderful spot in the val di sol. This house was exactly what we needed on our summer vacation. Great well equipped kitchen (although an electric oven or microwave would've been a nice addition). The host were quick to respond to messages and we felt that they were there for us if needed. We used it as a base for day trips and hikes around the area, hiking distance is the Valpiana that is fun for BBQ or just chilling by one of the many rivers around this valley. And 15-30 minutes away are numerous trails, bike paths and lifts to peaks or points were you can downhill bike or just hike around.

Negative: The wifi connection was slow and spotty. We had a better signal on our phones.

Positive: A conveniently located property in a lovely area. The apartment suits a family well and is well looked after.

Negative: Unfortunately, for the price paid for 8 nights at 240 EUR a night (2 x double bedrooms) from 21/07/24 to 28/07/24, the mattresses in both bedrooms were of a very poor standard, causing much discomfort. Ok for a weekend, definitely not ok for longer.

Positive: The apartment is very good size for 2 families. It's very well equipped. Eventually the fridge could be bigger for the families who are cooking in appartment. Everything is very clean. The location is pieceful, 10 minutes by car to the nearest ski slopes. I would recommend it for the families.

Negative: I like everything. Only the fridge could be bigger.:-)

Negative: 1. After we made the booking and paid for the apartment, Paolo wrote us that they decided to rent the apartment only from Sunday to Sunday or Saturday to Saturday. We explained we can't change the dates because we already booked the flights. After we explained a few times, only at the end he said he will let us stay as booked (. 2. We asked if we will get the Val de Sole card, because it gives the option to use all the cables, and Paulo said we will. When we came and asked for it - he sent us cards, and when we got to the cable - we found out that it was Trentino Guest Card, which isn't good for cables. Paulo said it was "a misunderstanding", and when we explained that it made us change our plans and loose money - he said he won't take money for the city tax , which is much less then we had to pay for the cables ... 3. One day we asked where we can find an extra sheet to change one of the beds, and Paulo said there is only one set and we should go to a laundry in a different village and wait an hour and a half for the sheet to clean and dry... After we left Paulo sent a message that he will give us a discount the next time we come. As we wrote to him - we won't come again!

Positive: Very nice appartment for 6 people, big kitchen with all the necessary things for using, big table, very nice rooms, two bathrooms, everything was super clean. Ski bus right behind the corner to Marilleva or you can go 4 minutes to another ski bus stop (Ossana Municipio) where you can go to Pejo or Daolasa. In Ossana, there is a small shop, restaurant and pizzeria, too. The host is very cafeful. Next time we would like to stay here again.
