Positive: It was amazing trip with highly dedicated and trained team at the hotel. High quality internal environment was combined with super service and delicious food and drink. I truly recommend this hotel.

Negative: Hotel location is bit our of downtown. It is around 20 min walk away from central location.

Positive: Our stay at BERDS Design Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The culinary experience was truly outstanding – every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at the hair salon who did an amazing job with my daughter’s hairstyle. They were kind, patient, and truly talented. We highly recommend BERDS Design Hotel and can’t wait to return!

Positive: The service is at high American standards. The rooms are spacious and clean. The design is beautiful. The front desk is welcoming and very responsive. The apa is a very good addition to this place.

Negative: I would suggest implementing a daily menu in the restaurant. To ensure clients that want to dine-in have a good selection daily. Also more vegetarian/vegan options.

Summary: Overall i recommned this hotel for people that come from USA- here you will find cuatommer support that sometimes lacks
