Summary: Excellent hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Polite staff. Very convenient location, a few steps to parks, restaurants, shops. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped (kettle, fridge etc.). Very quiet when windows are closed. Delicious food in the restaurant. Breakfast could be better though.

Summary: Have stayed many nights at another hotel in Chisinau but Richmond was much better - many thanks to the staff who were friendly. (It is not very common others in Chisinau). Large rooms, large clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, generous with extras in the bathroom, good breakfast. Recommended!
