Positive: I cannot praise the team at Bera Konya Hotel enough for their exceptional hospitality during my stay. Traveling while feeling under the weather is never easy, but the team here went completely above and beyond to take care of me. The moment they realized I was sick, they kindly arranged for a specialized herbal tea to be brought up to help me recover. It was such a thoughtful, compassionate gesture that you rarely find at standard hotels. On top of that, the welcome basket in the room was spectacular—absolutely loaded with an abundance of fresh fruits and high-quality dry fruits, which was exactly the healthy boost I needed. Beyond the world-class service, the hotel's ambience is incredible. It strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and beautiful, welcoming aesthetics that make you feel instantly at ease. I am so grateful for their kindness and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A true 5-star experience!
