Positive: The accommodation is very well organized and very clean, and the outdoor area is also very well maintained. The location is unique, I have rarely seen such a beautiful place right on the water. You can really relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Positive: Very nice and stylish property, location right next to the lake Lämmijärv, we had a morning swim and walk. Open air gym near the house. Friendly hosts. Well equipped kitchen.

Positive: The Guest House is in a secluded, beautiful location on the lake with a close, direct view across to Russia. The host Ana is charming and welcoming - communication during our stay was possible with her limited English and our limited Estonian. Our room was clean and water pressure in shower was great!

Negative: The Guest House was good for the one night stay we required on our road trip through Estonia and Latvia at a very good price. It might not be for everyone in accommodations are very basic and property is aged, though Ana and her family are making improvements to exterior spaces (picnic tables, etc).There is limited options for dining nearby - though we did enjoy a burger at the local ‘sports’ pub Ana pointed us to a short walk down the road. Had we planned better we would have brought food from a local grocery store as a full kitchen was available to us.
