Summary: House has lots of space and good amenities. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Linens in good repair. Kitchen is great - lots of space and everything you need for basic food prep. Living room couch is comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. Spencer is a very gracious host. Check in and check out were very easy.
