Positive: Patience, the housekeeper, and Enok, the cook met us at the door with fresh mango juice, which was refreshing after our long flight/drive. The condo is very safe and beautifully decorated. The condo has its own private beautiful beach. The beds were comfy, and the location was awesome-very near the Watamu Marine National Park, where we went Snorkling. All this being said, Patience and Enok were what made it unforgettable. We had never been to Kenya before and they both were so helpful. Patience took us clothes shopping and spoiled us while at the condo. My daughter forgot how to take her plate to the sink, as Patience was there to clear the table. Patience also kept the condo spotless. And Enok, is more of a chef than a cook really. He would make us such wonderful meals - I was looking forward to every upcoming meal to see what he would cook for us. We feasted of lobster and other fresh seafood. In the mornings we had crapes, mango pie, and omelets. And the best coffee ever! His meals were always healthy which I appreciated as well. Enok also took us to the Geda park, where we fed the monkeys. Enok is on the left in the attached photo at the Gedi park…he is very funny! I appreciated his presence as we got to know the town. We will definitely return if Patience and Enok are there!

Negative: Upper bedroom AC not strong enough. It made it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Patience, the housekeeper and cleaning lady was there to greet us and show us around. She was a wonderful lady and always eager to help and enhance our experience.

Negative: The third upstairs room A/C is too weak for the size of the room. On a very hot week, we had to all share the two downstairs rooms and put mattresses on the floor. I highly recommend a change of the A/C unit to a bigger one as the room is gorgeous and spacious.
