Positive: Very convenient for a one night stay as you are passing through. Toaster in room so all that was needed to make your own breakfast. Key left out for you so no time restraints . Nice hot shower. Full size fridge and icepack were frozen the next morning.

Negative: Only one kitchen style chair but with the double and single bed there was no space for a lounge chair . Narrow car spaces so hard to unpack from side doors.

Positive: Beds were conformable, lots of shower gel, toilet paper, soap, biscuits, coffee tea and milk. Plenty of towels. The bedding was very nice and clean. Excellent value for money.

Negative: There were no instructions on how to turn on the air con we had to ask and the screen door was very hard to open. There were a lot of dirty marks on the walls. It really needs a big spring clean, I'm assuming the unit used to be the owners at some stage. A lot of the utensils were mis matched. No dishwashing detergent.

Summary: Excellent value, needs a good spring clean but overall a great place to stay
