Positive: The house is very quirky and characterful and a lot of care has gone into the decor. It is well maintained and is well equipped with a modern bathroom. The location is fantastic, overlooking the monastery and close to bus stop in the beautiful area of Belém.

Negative: Although we knew about the levels in the property and the steep stairs to the bedroom, nothing quite prepares you for seeing them for the first time. Little more than a ladder. However we are in our mid seventies and managed so I guess anyone could! A kettle would have been appreciated. We lost the hot water for the last evening/morning.

Summary: Wonderful location and enjoyed our stay in this quirky property.

Positive: Nice location, very close from everything even if it was a little bit far from the city center of Lisbon, according to our taste. The house was very clean and well equipped. The communication with the owner was very good. Teresa answers fast and takes care of your concerns.

Negative: Unfortunately our 1st night has not been as quiet as we would have wanted to. The neighbours right beside the house threw a big party. However, the next morning when i told Teresa, she was very reactive and made a complaint about it to the administration of the building. Hopefully it will not happen again. The 2nd night was very calm though!
