Summary: I enjoyed staying in the updated room last week. It was very clean. Parking is close & complimentary. I would recommend staying at Belva Deer Inn while in Sigourney & surrounding area!

Summary: Its a very nice facility. For a small town this is a great option that all small towns don't have. Although a bit on the expensive side. Also the 'continental breakfast' is pretty worthless, but I am sure that is difficult to maintain in a little place like that. Lastly - The air conditioner in room 202 has some issues. The fan will not continue to run if you set it to, and the whole system while it cools seems to reset about every 8 minutes.. Really annoying while trying to sleep. Overall I would expect to pay about 60-80 pernight for this place, not the $110 plus...
