Summary: The property was accurately described in the post. It was well maintained and stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies. I appreciated not having to buy dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. The location was great and I liked the extra security with the elevator and stair codes.

Summary: We had a great time at this spot. Centrally located on Mission beach. Walkable to most everything you need. Beach cruisers in the closet made for a longer outing and boogie boards kept us busy most of the day! Hosts were super responsive, check in was simple and easy. Condo was clean and as pictured. We left a bit of coffee for the next crew to take advantage of the coffee pot. Great place to sleep and even better if you want to spend your time at the beach or Belmont park. Thanks a bunch and we definitely recommend the stay! Cheers!

Summary: The description of the property was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The view of the beach and park were spectacular. It was very close to restaurants and activities. The property owners checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Summary: The condo was just as advertised. Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our one week stay. The property manager was very communicative, checked in with us to make sure all was ok, and responded quickly to a small maintenance need that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location,description and appearance of the property were all just as listed. They do mention the parking situation in the listing and they were not wrong. Parking is a challenge if taking a large vehicle as our truck did not fit. The property management responded very quickly and offered options nearby for free and paid parking and it was a short walk away for free parking. The location could not be better. It can get a bit noisy at night on the weekends but that is expected being right next to Belmont Park. Our family had a great time and would definitely return if coming back to San Diego.
