Positive: Beautifully designed villa on the beachfront with staff who made our stay enjoyable and easy, looking after all our needs. We had delicious meals cooked freshly by Saman (talented chef) from a wide menu and Erengite was close by with attentive but discreet service at all times. The villa is spacious and luxurious, close to lots of restaurants and a good vibe night life. The beach is at the end of the garden through the wooden picket gate, almost too good to be true, defn one of our favourite ever places to stay.

Summary: A little piece of heaven right next to a gorgeous beach 🏖️

Positive: The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Love the entrance to this property. It felt so private and the fishes at entrance gives a very calming welcome. I would like to single out the chef. He make this trip remarkable with his dishes and also how he is very accommodating to our needs.

Negative: I felt that the room downstairs were not utilised for some time and all the wood finishing and furniture had a smell like there were termites or due to the humidity. There was not much cross breeze, which might be due to the trees... maybe its the wind direction but closer to the sea, it can be felt.

Summary: Property needs to be kept up with minor details like hinges, paint and the smell before guest arrive

Positive: the villa's team was very welcoming and super helpful. they made sure to cater to all our requests, and even went the extra mile to cook on demand special meals.

Negative: the party music from the neighboring villas was too loud at night. but we knew this was beyond the team's control.

Positive: First of all the villa was phenomenal! The location, design, rooms, pool, garden, access to the beach with one word AMAZING. But the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. Shaminda, Samson and Eranga were absolutely amazing. The chefs food was beyond delicious, he made us everything we wished for and everything exceeded our expectations. Also Eranga’s service was impeccable, from the cleaning of our rooms to the cutest table settings and specially his kindness. 10/10
