Positive: We are just back from staying at Bellevue cottage and what an incredible place, the property is clean and incredibly comfortable with amazing views of the harbour, Gardenstown is so magical it’s like it’s from a fairytale, to top it all we got the northern lights on the last night, being a few miles from the local hero location made this magical ….. things to do… Christmas shop at Cullen, Aberdour, Gardenstown and Banff beaches, walk to Crovie, crab fishing from the harbour (local shop open till 9.00 has all the kit and advice), the inn for amazing food (best fish and chips ever), walk along Seatown, Slains castle, Cruden bay, Spey Bay, Fraserburgh, mobile chip van on a Thursday as well as many many more!

Positive: The location is perfect with easy access to the old village and harbour. The house is well appointed with most equipment and facilities required for the perfect stay. There is even a games console in a designated games room.

Negative: The couch in the living room is comfortable enough but very low.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful house and location such a pretty village and everyone make you feel welcome and the pub round the corner is lovely for a quality pint and there is everything you will need for a holiday

Positive: The views. Only thing I missed was my dishwasher but on saying that looking out towards “Crovie”made up for standing washing the dishes. We had everything else we needed. Beds were comftorble. We had our granddaughter who was one and she loved looking out the window in the mornings with the activity on the water. A cafe just down the road serving lovely cakes and light snacks. The pub was not serving meals so cannot comment and the “wee shoppie” was well stocked and not overpriced.

Negative: There is nothing we did not like
