Positive: First… go ahead and book the penthouse. Just do it. It’s spacious with a wrap around porch…. Cows on the mountainside serenade you on one side and fantastic sunsets over the far-off ocean are on the other. Room was great, with a king bed (comfy bedding), huge sectional and kitchen area. Food was great! Not a true B&B but we had a choice of eggs, cereal, breakfast bars and more to make on our own. Would highly recommend! Loved our stay.

Negative: Not one thing! Loved it! The host’s photos don’t do justice to how nice it is.

Positive: The views, inside and out, were beautiful!! Huge rental with a wrap around deck. absolutely beautiful!

Negative: The only thing we could have used more of is outlets. Maybe a power strip near the sides of the bed.....just a suggestion for the hosts.

Positive: Quiet location, grand views overlooking the Waimea area below. Loved the black cows and goats wandering the mountain above. Good location, nearby to all services in Waimea. Cooler temperatures were welcome respite from the hot coastal areas.

Positive: The view is spectacular. The ownership team was very nice. Parking was convenient. Bathroom is very spacious as is the rest of the space. It is very quiet.

Negative: Breakfast was ok. Milk provided was already opened. A dishwasher would have been nice. The fireplace was not functional. Battery powered candles in fireplace all had dead batteries. Light switches in several lamps had to be fiddled with to turn off and on. Could use instructions on how to use the cable TV.

Summary: Spacious apt with spectacular view.
