Positive: Lovely bolthole close to the centre of town. The apartment is lovely and warm, allowing us to spend time very comfortably watching TV, or just relaxing. The owner had also put up some Christmas decorations, which was very thoughtful and made the time we spent there more festive. The kitchen is very well kitted out, complete with stove, large fridge freezer and a cracking microwave. Everything is there to cook a meal, but there is are two takeaways right next door. 😆 The noise of the fan is not disruptive, so don't let that stop you staying here.

Negative: Chinese take away, nearby. Their extractor fans went on till 22:30.

Positive: this is a pleasant and spacious little flat within walkable distance to Southport centre. 2 double bedrooms and dog friendly. a nice little welcome pack greeted us. Beds comfortable and a small secure patio area accessible from one of the bedrooms.

Negative: slight doggie smell in one of the rooms
