Positive: - Spotless clean house - Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, sugar, tea, coffee, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings, salt provided. Complimentary bottle of wine - TV, oven with microwave function, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, stove. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine - Clean bed linen and enough towels - Large 2m-wide bed was comfortable - Air conditioners with heating and cooling in the bedroom and living room - Board games available - Large green lawn for ball games - Parking available in the yard - Hosts met us and handed over the keys - Blackout curtains on all windows - Fast internet - Large amount of kitchenware suitable for a long family stay, including food film and baking paper

Negative: - The house is located across the road from a farm. Noise from tractors and cows from early morning - Strong fertilizer smell in the morning and evening - Mosquitoes; repellent is useful - Hot water is provided by a boiler; for 4 people the capacity was just enough - On the bunk bed, only one child can comfortably sleep on the lower level because the upper level squeaks with each movement - The host came to the house twice without prior notice: once to collect the EV charging cable (at 10 am) and once to bring another one, although the EV charging service had been arranged and paid for in advance. Advance notice would have been more comfortable for us.
