Positive: The room was big and comfortable, jacuzzi was working well, tv has enough channels for kids, pool is great and the resort is charming, food was great and will make you just eat there because it is reasonably priced for the quantity! Because you feel you are paying the right price you will easily come back to this property as there is nothing to complain.

Negative: Nothing too important but the staff should have informed us about their christmas party before arrival as it was noisy. I suggest to add bathrobe for the jacuzzi to increase a luxurious feeling.

Positive: The staff are great and friendly.. I arrived early but it wasn't a problem, let me into the room... Great restaurant and food...

Negative: I didn't like that I only found it on my second to last day of being in Panglao otherwise I would have stayed for a week... But I will definitely stay next time...

Positive: I like the entire place and the hospitality of the Boholanos staffs. They are very helpful and accommodating in our request no matter what from check in to check out - we felt our importance. The room is so spacious for 4 pax even the restroom with jacuzzi for our daily use.

Positive: We love that they were on time for airport pickup and drop off. They also arranged and prepared our room with a surprise birthday greeting on our bed. Loved it! They were super accommodating and polite to us. We loved everything actually. The location is 5-10 mins away from the airport so very convenient. They also have a parking lot.

Negative: The AC wasjust didn’t cool that much when it was supposed to.

Summary: Overall, was a great experience.
