Summary: Parking was free...but it was 8 blocks away at an apartment building. Tub faucet broke and the room had no water or snacks. Just not at all what we expected!! The location was good for restaurants.

Summary: Very nice room, but 33 steps to get into the room. Parking was two blocks away. Friendly people, great location. Large clean room.

Summary: There were no staff at this location you were given a key code that let you into the room. The location in downtown St Augustine's was nice. There was not on site parking but the parking was a few blocks away. The one thing that stood out to me was the need for replacement carpeting it was stained earrings and dirty stained and dirty

Summary: Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family. That said, it’s definitely time for new carpeting. It’s at the end of its life.

Summary: My friend had never been to St Augustine, so I took her to see the Christmas lights. Bella Bay was basically across the street, making it a short walk to the historic district. Great place for an overnight stay. If staying longer I would request a room with the kitchenette.
