Positive: We loved it! Beautiful private location. Comfortable cabin, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and their directions made the location super easy to find. They even offered to warm up the hot tub for is before our arrival. Id booked this for a friend’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect, exactly what we wanted! We’ll definitely be back!

Positive: As soon as you came through the private gates to the hut you felt like you were in nature and at peace. The actual hut is lovely, gorgeous furnishings, and the bath robes/sliders were a lovely touch for the hot tub. Upon arrival the hot tub logs had been lit for us and no corner is left unturned, we had a very relaxing time, and the owner was very prompt in answering my messages when we needed topping up with logs. We enjoying being visited by the chickens too.

Negative: The only thing that we felt wasn’t up to standard was the bed mattress, if I’m honest, it totally let the stay down as it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The springs were poking through and at the surface of the mattress, it really was terrible. This is the only reason I haven’t given it 10 stars, as I think a supportive and cushioned mattress is a must if you’re offering overnight stays.

Positive: Bell Nook is the perfect place for a relaxing break! It was cosy, yet well equipped and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was a lovely way to do some stargazing! We enjoyed exploring the local area and would recommend a trip to Tonbridge Castle and a cruise along the river. The hosts at Bell Nook were absolutely fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed, even offering to reserve a table at a restaurant for our anniversary! We would not hesitate to recommend Bell Nook and would definitely love to make a return visit.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful place to stay! So peaceful and relaxing! Really enjoyed the bottle of fresh apple juice when we arrived. Everything was clean and the hosts were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something private and secluded but also close enough for all amenities. We don't drive and had no trouble getting around so if you don't drive, Don't let that put you off! There's a local bus stop near by and we also used castle cars for getting around. Plenty of wildlife around and we even had visits from the hosts chickens! Which we really enjoyed! (They are well behaved and not a bother). Hot tub is very easy to use, Hosts have a helpful information folder to hand. Don't hesitate, You won't regret it. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing their space with the rest of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bell nook & look forward to returning in the future.

Ian responded very promptly to our query and helped us get the fire started on the hot tub (we were useless and couldn’t get it to work). The sherpherds hut was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would 100% recommend!
