Positive: We booked the largest room and it was indeed big. My daughter and I each had a king size bed, the TV was almost the size of a queen bed! There was separate space for dining and lounging, and a small pantry. Their little cafe opens early so it’s great to be able to get coffee before we head out. It’s like a service apartment and housekeeping is self-service. They responded promptly for requests to take out the garbage, and their remote manager also responded fast. It was so comfortable that we extended our stay for a further 2 nights

Negative: The opaque windows. We understand the windows cannot be opened because of heritage building laws. But if they can instal transparent window panes, it will improve our sense of well being so much to have sunlight and to be able to look out at the streets. There are curtains so privacy won’t be compromised. It makes alot of difference if one is staying longer

Positive: Thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed our visit at the residence. It was a short journey from the airport, by two train rides and a short walking distance through china town. The area itself is beautiful, and is amazing to explore. The center of China Town is accessible by foot, with good food, amazing sights and kind people. The building of the residence has a beautiful historic background and is well kept. A 24/7 shopping mart is right across the street, as well as a 7-eleven right down the street. Daytime is filled with open restaurants, and the night markets are just a stroll away. The room was well equipped for daily tasks such as, laundry, clothing iron, microwave, a full size fridge, beautiful tableware, refillable filtered water, cleaning supplies, a big TV by the bed, AC controlled by remote - and the most beloved, a big fan by the bed. The room, and the building itself, was extremely clean, and also well maintained. The check in and the check out of the residence was efficient. All necessary information was provided, as well as a booklet. The staff was easy to reach, even by nightime. We were greeted well by the staff, and thank them for this. I would recommend this stay to others, and I hope to visit again.
