Negative: Didn't have twin room, as requested and agreed in advance. Hotel blamed Booking.com for not passing request on. Big fuss to sort it out. 'upgraded' from light room with balcony (which we requested) to very dark basement room with 'terrace' about 2 ft by 2 ft, we couldn't both go out at the same time, and no seating out there. Coffees and supplies used on day 1 were not replaced for day 2. And cleaners came in when we were in bed, even though we had 'do not disturb' sign on door. Overall very disappointing.. left this feedback for hotel on day of departure, haven't received any response as yet. Also left a jacket in the room by mistake, haven't been contacted about that either. Would definitely not visit again. Photos of 'terrace' included.

Positive: - all staff members exceptionally polite and helpful - interior design and decorations quite elegant and tasteful - lots of attention to detail, from both human interaction (ex. warm welcome at the reception) and room design and amenities - large and comfortable bed - they even let me check in a few hours early, which was quite helpful in my freshening up before heading out to see the city

Negative: The spa was nice, but left a lot to be desired. It was the one part that seemed to be an after-thought as opposed to an intentionally designed space, and lacked the attention evident in all other aspects of the hotel. More specifically: - too small for the hotel size (pool, sauna, and relaxation area too small). Even with only few guests (recently opened), one night there were more people than the available space and lounge chairs - jazz music is usually not the best choice for relaxation - water drains quite far from the pool edges, leading to either lots of standing water or staff having to regularly clean up as people were still inside - sauna had to be turned on and would take 10-15 mins to warm up. In such cases, it is best to implement a system to have someone prepare the sauna in advance, for it to be ready when the guests who want to use it arrive

Summary: Excellent stay overall, will certainly consider revisiting in the future!

Positive: Wonderful hotel. THe staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There is nothing to complain about it. A great deal!

Negative: Nothing really. It was really a nice stay. The only little complain would be that is not really in the center of Paris. But the 50-min walk to Eiffel Tower is nice. And there is a couple of Metro Stations very close.

Summary: Very nice hotel, perfect to enjoy Paris for a good price and quality.
