Positive: Beautiful villa and it is well maintained and clean. Ronaldo (who is in charge of managing the property) goes above and beyond. They also have multiple house cats (very friendly), two tortoises (friendly as much as tortoises can be lol), and a lemur named Kiki.

Negative: Water and electricity can be unstable but it’s normal anywhere in Madagascar. Ronaldo is also very quick to take care of the it. I saw other reviewer’s comment about Kiki - yes she is attached to a fabric leash and I’m not really happy about it either. According to Ronaldo, she came to a villa when she was very young. I don’t know the circumstance of her coming to the villa and I hope it wasn’t as a result of any animal abuse. All I can say is I think she is as safe as she can be in a given situation, and I can see Ronaldo takes a really good care of her, based on how he interacts with all animals on the premise.

Positive: Incredibly beautiful garden, a lot of space, very nice room with a good functionning AC, good mattress. And the housekeeper Ronaldo who lives very close, is always available and helpful. He helped me out in an emergency and I am very grateful to him.

Positive: Nice and very clean house. It’s close to the town but to the beach as well. Ronaldo is a very helpful and nice host. I highly recommend this place.

Positive: The house has a beautiful garden, very nice interior, two bathrooms and a really, really well equipped kitchen!! Furthermore it was clean and spacious. There is a supermarket close by and the WI-FI works well. We had a great stay and would have stayed even longer if possible.

Negative: The street is a little bit sketchy and there was only one set of keys available. Water and electricity were sometimes down but this counts for the whole area.

Summary: Great place to stay!
