Positive: It was very clean and modern with easy parking and instructions

Negative: The accommodation didn’t provide tea, milk, sugar etc which was a shame. I would’ve liked a cup of tea in the evening, but travelling for one night, I can’t buy a box of tea bags and milk. The bedroom blind was also a few inches too narrow so the room was flooded with light at sunrise. The property shares a wall with the main house and it is quite loud while the owners are at home.

Positive: Helen was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with recommending local eateries for our anticipated late arrival. The location was quiet suburban. The unit was nicely appointed with modern furnishings, fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable and both bedrooms had sun filter blinds as well as heavier blinds to block out the light. The kitchenette was fitted out well for a short stay. Nice bathroom with an excellent shower.

Negative: There is no A/C (I knew this) but only the bathroom and main bedroom windows had restrictors to safely be left open at night. We had unseasonably warm overnight temperatures, so the second bedroom was too warm to sleep comfortably with the window shut. The water pump located outside the kitchenette seems to be for both the main house plus the unit, so when someone in the main house used the water (? shower/toilet) the water pump kicked in and was very loud when we had the door open to let in cool air. The roses were beautifully in bloom, however the outdoor area was generally scruffy and there was no outdoor furniture.

Positive: The communication with the host was amazing, we felt very welcomed into their space and had a very enjoyed stay over the weekend. The beds were super comfy, the shower was amazing, the kitchen facilities we top notch. The location was perfect, tucked away from all the rush but close enough to town should we have needed to go. Thank you so very much : )

Negative: the only thing was not having a lounge, but that is so minor it's not worth mentioning.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to friends and family to stay here.
