Positive: Liana really had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and straightforward as possible. Directions and access instructions were easy to follow, location was central, parking was convenient, and the townhouse was thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped and stocked. The cosy interior was warm and welcoming with every home comfort including snacks, drinks and breakfast goods, a choice of duvets and pillows, and range of toiletries. Highly recommended for any visitors to Cupar.

Negative: Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

Positive: The breakfast was do it yourself so in my humble opinion was excellent. The location was spot on and that was one of the reasons we chose the Townhouse, we were visiting friends and family in the Cupar area. The location is also ideal for any shopping required.

Negative: In this instance I can’t point to anything that I would say required improving.

Summary: Our stay proved to be ideal for what our purpose was.

Positive: Thank you for a fabulous stay. It was our first time away from our 2 small children to celebrate a dear friends wedding close by. The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. There were so many thoughtful touches that really made our stay. Such a well stocked property with extra bits and pieces and even catered for my GF requirements. The location was perfect, very central so an easy walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend Bees Townhouse for anyone looking for accommodation in Cupar😊

Positive: Not having a car, Cupar is accessible by train so it was perfect. The property is easy accessible from the main street but nicely tucked away...don't let being bedide a car park put you off, there's a lovely wee table and chairs in the private lane beside the front door ( South East facing so plenty of morning sunlight...yes, in Scotland!...the weekend I was there was glorious and just along the pathway is the hostesses beautiful garden which she is open for the guests to sit and enjoy...with the view of church spires all around. The house it'self is well appointed, as clean as a new pin and very comfortable, the sitting/dining/kitchen area has everything you could want for a vacation ( the sun streams in from South West late afternoon/ evening ) Could not fault a thing, everything has been thought of...just incase you forget anything! and there's plenty of tea/coffe making facilities including continental breakfast...would definitely recommend a stay here to explore the Kingdom of Fife...and Cupar it'self is a lovely little town...

Negative: Wi fi comes and goes...not a problem for me.
