Positive: The location close to the city center, with many good restaurants, is excellent.

Negative: The noise insulation from the other apartments in the building is poor.

Positive: It was very nice that there were two bathrooms, so for two people it was very convenient. There are 3 bedrooms and living room with a couch and a balcony. This was also very convenient for a group of friends.

Negative: Description was saying there are 6 beds in total, 2 x times twin beds and one room with 2 singles. In reality it is 1 x double bed, 1 room with 2 x single bed and one room with 1 x single bed and living room with some couch but limit for the room is 5 people. It is not the location it self but Spanish thing in general that some times You can smell an odor from sewage pipes.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay in close proximity to Turia Park and center. I recommend it.
