Positive: Great location — about 10 minutes by e-scooter to Messe Ost. It’s basically one straight ride, and along the way you’ll find a good Indian restaurant and a bakery. Parking is available right in front of the house. The room is small but has everything you need: a nice bathroom, a single bed, space for clothes and a suitcase, plus a desk with a chair. Outside, in the garden, there’s a shared kitchen with all the essentials — fridge, cutlery, and basics like coffee and tea

Negative: Upon arrival at 15:00, the room was not yet cleaned, which was uncomfortable after a long journey and with business meetings at Messe planned that afternoon. I went to Messe, and when I returned in the night the room was clean. It would have been much nicer to arrive to a ready, clean room as a proper welcome. So a tip: share your arrival time the day before as a reminder that you're coming.

Positive: The hotel is situated in a pleasant area. There is access to a kitchen that is well equipped. It is quite easy to reach the Dusseldorf Messe from here.

Negative: The room was quite small and it was very dusty. The bed was not comfortable, and for the price of the room only, i would have expected a higher quality.. The shower head fixture and wall support were broken, so I had to hold the shower head while using it. The check-in instructions were a little vague for me, and I struggled with getting my keys out of it in the dark.. I couldn't get any response via the Booking.com messaging service, so in the end, I had to ring the bell and woke up the host to let me in. He was very pleasant, though.

Summary: Well located, pleasant host, room a bit on the small side.
