Positive: Great location. Short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito and other landmarks.

Negative: Where should I start.. The most arrogant host I've ever come across. No communication whatsoever. Couldn't care less about his guests. Didn't come to take a payment at the property, then demanded international bank transfer which comes with fees and threatened me with the police even though I was the one openly communicating and keeping in touch with Booking. The place itself isn't as glamorous as it looks on the pictures. Dirty floor, dirty bed just covered with clean bedding, no toiletries, no working wifi, no city view but a street view with construction taking place.
