Summary: Location is great for 3 Arena events. Plenty of eateries. Room was nice. Austere and industrial design. Lovely bathroom. Using rainwater for flushing. Low bed. Not the easiest to get in and out of. Had to wait 40 odd minutes to get breakfast served. Breakfast wasn’t great. Coffee nice but it was finished long before our fries arrived. Tried to get more coffee but to no avail. Had to ask several times to get water. Doubt I would ever pay for breakfast there again. Certainly wasn’t value for money.

Summary: Nice hotel for families, has a washer/dryer in the room. Not easily walkable for families or people with disabilities, as the Lucas tram system is very unreliable. Buses are alright, but traffic can be heavy.

Summary: Nice accommodation in good location for the the port. The room was clean and comfortable. Good shower and nice fluffy towels. The room was a bit too warm for my liking, and unable to have a window open. The fee for the dog for the night is €40 which I felt was a bit steep. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they were transparent about the cost, but there is no mention of the fee when booking. They validated the card for the nearby car park, which I thought was for complementary parking, but I still had to pay €25 for overnight parking. The validation was for a €5 discount. Overall the cost of the stay was an extra €65 on top of what I thought. My responsibility for not researching thoroughly, but no mention of the above when booking.

Summary: Everything was great except for we requested some extra pods for the coffee machine (we were 3 guests and the rate isn't cheap) and we were told we needed to pay if we wanted to get more. As a Hotel Manager myself that really felt miserable to deny some coffee capsules, how much could that increase your cost? Also there were a few maintenance issues, the shower got flooded every time you shower, there were some nails loose and in one of the bathrooms also the sink will get flooded. For what we paid, I'd definitely should have booked a different place.

Summary: Hotel was nice. No early check-in available. Raised platform around bed was awkward and electrical outlets were hidden below bedside table, making them difficult to access.

Summary: I booked this hotel as it advertised a functioning restaurant and air conditioning, two very important things I need when I’m tired and travelling. I arrived only to be told that there actually wasn’t any restaurant at all, just a seated area you could sit to eat your own food you could buy yourself! The bedroom air conditioning wouldn’t go below 20 degrees and the windows don’t open so I was so hot. There was dust and hairballs by my bed from the previous person. They require you to buy your own coffee and there is no room cleaning service so it remained dirty for the 3 days I was there. The price to book this was the same as fully functioning hotels so I was upset I’d made this choice. Plus it’s in the dockland area which has zero character or atmosphere. I definitely will not return here.

Summary: Strange place - no service whatsoever. No room cleaning. No fresh towels. No water sold in the evening. Off location to Center. And our stay was extremely expensive. Bad value for money. Staff does not really care about anything. If they are ever there…and by the way: if you need to defend yourself, use the pillows in the room - that will work: rock hard!!
