Negative: The lobby area and hallways could do with some attention. Makes the place look unkempt Kitchen and lounge area small.

Positive: Large and spacious apartment, good location, Near metro, walking distance to sargada familia, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Plenty of gluten free options. Friendly staff and responded efficiently to requests.
Negative: Noy much natural light in living room as its at the back, bedrooms are to the front and it can get noisy at night from commuters outside. There is AC only in the living room but we did request fans and these were provided, host sent us more than we needed. Overall nothing very negative to note.
Summary: Spacious, clean apartment, good location, easy to find, host very responsive to queries making the stay very easy.

Positive: Actually the company changed the apparts for another due to a technical reason, but they changed for a better one. The contact center replied us at 2am, we were surprised. Good company.
Negative: We had problems, but finally, everything was solved in 15 minutes.
