Positive: The location of the unit we stayed in was pretty great. It was a short walk to the free shuttle to Beaver Creek base camp as well as the river gondola. The unit itself was wonderful. We had 5 guests and it was plenty of space for our extended weekend. A nicely equipped kitchen, in unit laundry, and 2 bathrooms were exactly what we needed. Aside from the comment below on the mattress, it was exceptional across the board. The complex has other amenities such as a hot tub, and while we didn't personally use, it was occupied every night by other guests.

Negative: There were mixed reviews on the comfort of the beds. One guest thought the mattress in the guest room was great. The bed in the primary bedroom was a little firm for my taste. A mattress topper would be a welcome addition.

Positive: The apartment/condo was very good. Most everything worked, however the clothes washer was not in operation. It was well stocked with cleaning and essentials. The rooms including the bed were quite comfortable. The televisions were good, all with sound bars. The patio was quite functional. Overall the inside apartment was very good.

Negative: The condo building was depressing. The corridors were dark and dirty. The elevator was minimal. The corridor outside the door was slanted 10 degrees - as if ready to fall down. The welcome mat outside the condo door was filthy. The code we were give for the door did not work. After a 10 hour drive that was a disaster. Over the outside of the property looked worn and in need of a serious update. First impressions were terrible. We would not stay there again.

Negative: We really could have used a pancake griddle. The toilet paper was cheap. Although the condo was very clean, there was a lot of dirt between the couch cushions.

Summary: We were really surprised at how well stocked the unit was.
