Beautifully updated home, close to the Domain. Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with very nice, private backyard. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full beds and an additional queen air mattress, with bedding, to sleep plenty. Everything in the house is new, including the furniture, appliances, linens and dishes.
Extremely convenient off of Mopac, one exit from the Domain and just down the street from the Apple Campus. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy and convenience store.
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Nest Thermostat, 55" Smart TV, DVD Player, Docking/charging Station with Bluetooth Speaker, multi-device charging station, Remote Bluetooth speaker/light/fan system in bathrooms, Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ironing board, new dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, Keurig coffee machine(with some provided K-cups), nice towels and linens are provided as standard and a washing machine/dryer are available so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.
The house has great flow with kitchen open to living and dining spaces. Nice cabinets with lighted drawers, Carrara marble island, new appliances. Bathrooms with Bluetooth speakers, new tub/shower/fixtures/tile. New wood look tile flooring, and carpet in bedrooms. Nice lighting and ceiling fans, with gorgeous wood beams. Bring the outdoors in with French doors leading to fully landscaped yard with deck, sitting area, BBQ and playscape for kids. Low traffic and cul-de-sac street.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this house. The weather was hot in Austin while we were there, but the house was clean, cool, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is located in a great central spot for easy access to various points around the Austin area with grocery stores and restaurants not too far away. We would stay again!

Summary: Great if you are looking to stay near the Domain area…and good for a small family with kids. Easy check in/check out. Some small nuances that show an older home, but overall fine for a weekend trip

Summary: Property was just as listed. Very clean & well equipped. As a techie, I was very impressed by the ring-type lights in the bathrooms that were also Bluetooth speakers. I was very grateful for the organized kitchen, everything was labeled & easy to find. The swing (very well manicured back yard) & high chair for my 18 mo grandson was very handy. There were throws in the living area to get cozy on the couch too! The cherry on top was the “makeup” towels in the wash closets. The attention to detail always stands out to me. The proximity to the Domain made the property even more appealing! My daughter in love had a broken ankle so finding a flat was a priority and I was happy to find this property. Would definitely recommend to others!

Summary: We stayed here for a family wedding and the house had literally everything we needed - it was super clean, had comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and great backyard. Perfect for a whole family stay! Location has everything you could need nearby - restaurants, groceries and easy access to main roads. Host was excellent at communication. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We came to Austin for a girls weekend and we had a great stay! The house is updated and super nice! The location was perfect! We went to downtown Austin a lot of even traveled to lake Travis. The owner was extremely nice and attentive! Would definitely book again!! 😄
