Every inch of this charming house has been lovingly restored, updated, and decorated with unique antique pieces with just the right modern amenities. This charming house is situated in an amazing location - just a 5 minute drive to almost anywhere: downtown, Multi-Care Memorial hospital, PNWU, the freeway, SOZO, wineries, restaurants, and more!

Summary: We loved this property. It is as advertised and better - meticulously restored with an impressive attention to detail and investment in quality fixtures. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to downtown, but still in a nice/quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Heather, brought by some toys for my toddler to play with during our stay. This was a real hit! Very thoughtful and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Yakima.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful place and beautifully remodeled. Had everything we needed and such a cute place to stay. Front porch was lovely and would be a perfect place to sit in warmer weather. Close access to highway and downtown. Highly recommend.
