Totally refurbished, architecturally designed townhouse with quality beds, linen and crockery. This home has been artfully decorated and has a real sense of luxury from the moment you arrive. With two heat pumps for climate control, guests will want for nothing. Gardens surround the property with privacy from the street and mountain views. Outdoor furniture is provided on a paved area just outside the lounge with a verandah for shade. The house is next to Lansdowne Park Retirement so no noisy neighbours, the area is quiet and well-kept and is a cul-de-sac. Situated a 5 minute drive from central Masterton, 45 minutes to Castlepoint or Riversdale and 20 minutes to Mt Holdsworth.
Please note: The property happily accommodates 4 people in two double bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can also be utilised.

We have a no pets policy but are happy to discuss this on an individual basis.

Summary: I can recommend this townhouse, which abuts the Lansdowne Park Lifestyle Community, for anyone wishing to stay in close proximity to or visit with friends living in Lansdowne Park. It was wonderful to be able to be so handy to the Lansdowne Park community. The house itself is spacious and comfortable and is a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am visiting Masterton.

Summary: Property was clean and presented really well. Inside and out. Heaps of room and the most comfy beds we've slept on. Has everything you need, including hottie bottles. Air conditioning that worked perfectly for the entire apartment. This made our mini family break so easy and relaxed. A great 'home base' to travel all over the Waiarapa. Highly recommended!

Summary: Great communication with Miri the host, everything was great with the house and there was great information when we arrived. We liked the quirky touches, wallpaper, art and cushions. Basics like tea and coffee and some books were supplied which was awesome. The location was up the road from a family event, very handy for us. Thank you.
