Summary: We really loved this place. It was so well stocked with everything...including... spices for cooking, beverages in the fridge, plenty of utensils and cooking ware. We also loved the bedding, it was such a luxurious bed. We also loved the location, only a 5 minute drive to Don Cesar and St Pete beaches. We loved that it was so spacious. Even more so than the pictures show. We loved the view of the intercoastal on one side and a golf course. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time.

Summary: Our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the last day of our stay everything was perfect, the condo was perfection….everything we needed, super clean and great location. Mariano was a pleasure to deal with, a very gracious Our Christmas stay at Mariano’s condo was all we wished for. The host was very gracious and cooperative. The condo was extremely clean, and well equipped and in a great location for walking, shopping and golfing. Mariano was very each to reach if we had a question We would highly recommend this condo.

Summary: This is a nice condo in a quiet building. It had everything we needed for our stay. There is a pleasant view from the balcony, lots of areas to walk, and a pretty pool area. Will need a car to get to the beach and most restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. The balcony had great views and the swimming pool and the hot tub were excellent. Owners were very friendly and welcomming, the neighborhood was also very cozy.

Summary: Stayed 6 weeks at this property. Enjoyed amenities, I.e. Pool, common area, parking and quietness of the neighbourhood. Like that they recycle and the property is very well maintained. We felt very safe, especially with the hurricane shutters, as they did come in handy. Sherry Canada
