This beautifully remodeled Walloon Lake home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The large windows in the living and dining area displays gorgeous lake views as far as the eye can see. With granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook, this gourmet kitchen is sure to please any kind of at home chef. Along with this open living area, the sizable deck wraps around the house and boasts expansive lake views, two grills and plenty of patio seating for the family. There is 175' of lake frontage that includes a brand new synthetic dock and a covered boat slip, and a sandy lake bottom with a beach area for playing.
Across from the entry way is the first bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. Down the hallway is another bedroom with a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also easy patio access from this bedroom. Further down the hallway is two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, full attached bath and patio access, and the other with a queen bed and full attached bath. There is A/C in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms.
This exquisite home has been newly decorated with modern fixtures and plenty of lounging area for families. Downstairs is a large, expansive area with more seating, TV and outdoor patio access. There is a fire pit near the lake for evening campfires and plenty of lawn area to entertain. The master is on the main level with an attached bathroom and king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and attached bathroom, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin beds and a loft with three more twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has an attached bathroom near the entry way and king bed. This home is relatively close to Petoskey and near Boyne City for shopping and dining. Walloon Village is only a few minutes away where you can enjoy dinner at Barrel Back Restaurant or walk along several of the village's pop up shops. The porch was spectacular with an amazing view with plenty of lounge chairs and dining tables. We made campfires several evenings and the new dock was perfect for our boat! Megan at kidd Leavy was awesome! Responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. We feel so lucky to have had a wonderful week up north and will definitely be back!

Summary: Great location on the lake & nice cottage with separate bathrooms. Lots of seating on deck, covered boat well for 2 boats & fire pit. We hope to be back next year!

Summary: This home has an amazing view of Walloon Lake. The lakefront property and dock made it a perfect vacation spot for a larger family gathering. All bedrooms are on one level. The bunk bed room has a loft area with 3 mattresses on the floor and a low ceiling. So, only kids could go up there if they wanted to. The ladder up to the loft was a bit too high. We rented a tritoon and two jet skis - both fit safely under the boat dock area. The inside of the home has an amazing kitchen supplying every cooking tool one would need!

We enjoyed the quick access to Boyne City and Petoskey and utilized the lake front (great dock!) and bon fire area daily. The rental company was quick to respond to any and all questions, and everything in the home was clean and in working order. Very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. I highly recommend!

We had unusually cool June temps, but if the weather were any warmer, not having air conditioning would have been an issue. The bedrooms tended to feel stuffy. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!
