Very quiet, careful decoration, all comfort, air-conditioned rooms, close to the village, 14 meters long infinity pool with beach and independent Jacuzzi heated by solar panels in the summer for 8 people (mid-May to end of September and on a sunny day with maximum output in July/August), garden, barbecue with fully equipped outdoor kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, one side living room and dining area) with adjoining bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool area is fully secured for the little ones. Ping-pong table, table soccer, billiards at your disposal.
NO PARTY OR EVENT CAUSING NOISE POLLUTION IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD !
The country setting, the proximity of hiking trails. The beaches are 15 min by car, the nearest shops are in the village at 4 min.
The car is highly recommended to move around the area.
Sheets provided, towels lent on request. 4 TV and audio speaker.

Summary: This was a lovely house, well appointed, beautiful pool and walking distance to town for coffee and croissants in the morning yet close enough to drive to Hyeres and the Porquerolles for the day. Good hiking in Giens. Nico, our host was excellent with communication and instructions. I would stay here again.

Summary: This villa in the hillside community of La Farlede (above Toulon) was fairly wonderful. It's an expansive home with four bedrooms (each with individual AC units, which proved invaluable as it was rather warm during our stay), generous-sized living/dining area and a wonderful outdoor kitchen/dining area adjacent to an inviting pool and hot tub. A pool table and ping pong were also nice. The home has all the amenities one could need in terms of modern appliances, extensive cookware, dishes and accessories in a smallish kitchen. One addition that would have been helpful would have been a "smart TV", as the cable offerings were all in French without subtitles. Perhaps the best asset that the home offers is the amazing owner, NIco. Several in our group unfortunately contracted COVID just prior to arrival. Nico kindly made the home available to us two days early, which was hugely beneficial towards our getting needed rest in safety. It turns out that Nico is also a medical professional, who's expertise was enormously helpful in helping us contend with COVID. He kindly went to the pharmacy for us and even arranged for a visiting doctor to come evaluate and treat us in the home as well as renting a CPAP machine. Beyond our medical needs, Nico was incredibly responsive to issues that came up (the power went out a couple of times), and even ordered us pizza delivery the first night! So between the home being wonderful and Nico's care, we highly recommend this charming villa.

Summary: When you haven’t been somewhere before it’s always a bit worrying if the place is going to come up to your exasperation well this was well above we had a fabulous stay and all the help we could hope for with our sad ability with french thanks so much and we would definitely recommend your place and we would love to stay again xx

Summary: We had a great week at Nicolas' place. The fact that both outside (space, pool, outdoor kitchen, table tennis,...) as indoor (pool table, porch,..) the house offered a lot of possibilities. Nicolas was also very quick in getting back when having questions. Will for sure revisit this place !!!

Summary: We (family of five, children 6, 8 and 11) spent a week at the house in early September. The children had a very good time in and around pool. It is a fresh water pool and quite deep on one side which was perfect for them. There was one incident that gave us a hard time for a day or two. But that was taken care of after informing the owner. Without that it would have certainly been a 5 star rating. Everything else was fine (very good table tennis). Communication with the owner was excellent.

Summary: The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Fantastic Villa in La Farlede. The facilities are top class and the location superb, with easy access to local Boulangerie, Supermarket and only a short trip to Giant Shopping Malls in Toulon. The villa sits just below Le Coudon, an impressive and picturesque limestone mountain, with direct access to it's trails from the villa. Also, local is a beautiful 600 year old Olive Garden. The villa pool and pool building (doubling as a kitchen, outside lounge area and dining area), was perfect and all related facilities and appliances were in excellent and full working order. Inside of the villa was immaculate, with lots of lovely homely touches for all the family to enjoy, inclusive of Pool Table and Bar area. Nico the Villa Manager couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right from the start. I couldn't recommend this Beautiful Villa more highly and will be returning again as soon as possible!! Rob C

Summary: This villa is in a great location, on the outskirts of the town (just a 15-minute walk to the bakery and supermarket), with a beautiful mountain backdrop and lovely garden area. There was so much space in and around the property, and like everyone else we thoroughly enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen/dining/living area. Nico was a great host, going above and beyond with booking for us a wonderful restaurant in Toulon (and taxis) for a birthday dinner. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Summary: Firstly, from the moment of booking to the day we left the villa Nico was amazing. He communicated regularly, met us at the villa to show us everything and was on hand throughout our stay answering questions we had and recommending places for us to go. The villa itself is exceptional! Located in a lovely town in the hills it is private, peaceful and exceptionally furnished. Inside the 4 bedrooms and the bathrooms have all you need for comfort but the star attraction is the outside area meaning we spent very little time inside. The graduated pool and hot tub are fabulous. The kids adored both! But the outside kitchen/sitting/BBQ area gives that real holiday feel. Being able to cook, eat and chill by the pool regardless of the time of day was a real bonus for us and made the week even more relaxing. The gates to the villa give you the security you may want to remain outside when the little ones are in bed and there is also a safety gate for the outside area/pool just in case of wandering children. We genuinely didn’t feel the need to leave the villa all week although we did venture out to the beach. All in all I would highly recommend this villa and Nico to anyone considering booking. We had the most wonderful stay and would most definitely come back again! Thank You!
