Welcome to one of 4 Villa's in this 6,000 sq. ft building, located in Eureka, MO. If you need a place to house many guests or just a few, one of these Villa's will accommodate you very nicely:-) There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a Living room/Dining room combo with a gally kitchen. Outside on the front patio there is a table with 5 chairs. Walk down a hallway to the Mechanical Room and you may use the free washer and dryer. All your linens, towels, and kitchenware are provided.

Summary: Great place, easy access to highway with several local restaurants close by. Owner made it easy and was timely with communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Donna was great to work with and got back to us promptly with any answers ro questions we had. We did have to wash dishes and the towels had a musty smell, but overall we were fine. We also encountered some noise issues with one of the other tenants since the apartments were all connected. We'd definitely stay here again or work with Donna again.

Summary: We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller.

Summary: We stayed in two of the properties which were located one above the other. Good location for what we needed and the owner was very helpful. We were not looking for high end so this was priced about right for what we wanted and got.

Summary: Excellent, fast communication with the owner. There was a slight hiccup that was responded to well. Even though you aren’t far off the highway it’s surprisingly quiet in a dead end, so not a bunch of traffic going through. The layout of the apartments is nice because the entrances/patios aren’t side by side, they’re staggered in different sides/levels of the building. The large grass area was both pretty and a relaxing place to walk my dog. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Cozy inside. It’s amazing much sound each room absorbs. Made a difference for us since there were 6 adults. Very close to a nice grocery store. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!!

Summary: The villa we stayed in had a bad mildew odor. Comforters and bed linens did not appear to be clean. The bed my husband and I slept in sagged to the middle. The sheets for beds didn’t match and had stains on them. Red sectional couch had stains on it. Second bed squeaked with every movement. Third bed was very hard and had pet hair on comforter.
