Summary: Well equipped property in a very tranquil location but also very close to the cute town centre for all amenities. The pool was fab and the use of bikes really enhanced our holiday - lots of bike rides to La Bernerie-en-Retz for the lovely beaches and market. Host was very helpful with suggestions for beaches to visit etc. I would highly recommend a visit to La Guinguette in the centre - fab summer vibes with regular love music and events.

Summary: We spent two lovely weeks at this house. The house was really comfortable and well equipped. Our children busied themselves with table tennis, table football, badminton, the bikes and of course... the lovely pool. The house is about 20 minutes walk from the village which has an amazing bakery, fishmonger, cheesemonger, pizzeria, butchers, cafe, music bar and a small supermarket. Bigger supermarkets are quite close and the lovely town of Pornic is a short drive. There is also a weekly market in the square, a railway station and beach in the village. The pool was a real highlight and we spent hours playing in the pool and relaxing beside it. All in all, we had a great holiday, loved the house and pool and we were very impressed by the local area.

Summary: This is our second visit, why? Well because the villa is superb, the facilities are without match and the local area is lovely, the hosts are welcoming, and most of all, you just relax, and that, is it not, is what a holiday should be. Loved every minute of our holiday from table tennis, to the pool, the bikes and the location. I'm know we'll be back again.

Summary: This is an excellent villa, in a lovely part of France; It provides opportunities to cycle to the local villages, to take a glass of wine and people watch in the sunshine, or just to sit around its lovely pool and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It also has great facilities, all you would need to enjoy your holiday such as the BBQ, table tennis and bikes to explore. The hosts are great, providing good communications and welcoming you personally to the villa, to show you around and how things work. We had a fantastic week in July, the only downside, I should have booked two weeks, I’m sure we’ll be returning as we had a fantastic time.

Summary: The property is lovely and with ping pong, pool and table football was perfect for a family with teen/young adults but would be great for all families. There is plenty to do in the area and shops are nearby. Sandy beaches are a short drive. We had an excellent week.
