This "Magnolia" decorated townhouse is perfect for your family vacation or business retreats. It is a lovely, inviting space located in South Fort Collins. For vacations you will enjoy 3 bedrooms + 1 more sleeping room and 3 bathrooms. For office and business retreats, you will enjoy congregating space, desks in every room, an open office concept downstairs, and a patio for wining and dining. The home is 5 minutes away from Harmony Road which includes grocery stores, restaurants, bike trails, hiking, and shopping. You are 10 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir and Boyd Lake, 15 minutes from Old Town and Downtown Loveland, and 60 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is a very safe place for your children to play, take family walks, and enjoy bike rides. It is a two-story end unit by the cul-de-sac creating a more peaceful atmosphere. There are two nice green spaces for children to be able to play as well as neighborhood parks and the pool.
The main level has a nice seating area, a dining room table that seats up to 12, and brand new appliances in the kitchen including a large refrigerator and a gas stove. The kitchen has dishes for up to 12 guests and also a bar that seats 4 more guests. The master bedroom (Queen) and the master bathroom are on the main level. A 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with an adjoining full bathroom sharing with the main level. Both bedrooms have desks for zoom calls and working with good lighting.
The basement level has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 extra room with a bunk bed and trundle bed. Both rooms have desks in them for zoom calls and working with good lighting. The basement level has a bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, and 2 sinks. There is a separation door in between the 2 sinks so multiple people can get ready at the same time. On the way to the washer and dryer is the office with a large desk, leather chair, and a sit/stand up desk for 3 more people. The washer, dryer, and folding station are also on this level. Enjoy a 2nd large living room with a projector movie theater seating for 4-6 and 2 large Big Joe bean bags as well as a comfy rug to watch movies on. There are plenty of games for kids, teens, and adults on the adjoining wall shelf. With the projector you can use your credentials for Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+ and enjoy the the 5 speaker surround sound.

Summary: The family converged to celebrate a grandson graduating from high school. Great location, lovely beds, very clean, well stocked. So convenient that two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor but access from the outside does not have railing so folks with mobility issues might reconsider. The host was very responsive. Thank you.

Summary: We had family join us for a softball tournament our daughter was playing in and this location and space was perfect! We really enjoyed the outdoor patio set up and games available to keep everyone entertained. Our host was responsive to messages and over all a great experience. Highly recommended :)

Summary: This home exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. About an hour away from Denver, Estes Park & Cheyenne, WY. Literally the perfect location. The house was amazing. One of the best homes I've stayed in. There were so many small thoughtful touches to the house. Jessica was extremely quick to respond and an extremely gracious host. I promise you will not regret booking this beautiful home.

Summary: We stayed for my child’s graduation from Colorado State and we had 6 people staying from all parts of the country. The location was easy to find and the owner was very helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious for us. It allowed us to travel around the area and then have a nice place to relax at in the evening. We all loved staying and would highly recommend it!

Summary: We came here for a family getaway and this place did not disappoint. The townhome was a perfect size for our family. It was a great place to come and relax in after exploring the city and Estes Park. A fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, dinnerware, cups, silverware you could need. I especially enjoyed the Kcups that were provided for a nice cup of coffee on the patio every morning. Check in and check out process were very easy. Will stay here again if we travel to the area again. Host was very responsive to any needs we had.

Summary: We stayed at this house for a entire week. Our daughter played in the “sparklers”softball tournament. This rental was so clean and complete. Everyone was happy to call this home for the week. The place is very nice and the theater room is a bonus. I recommend this rental you won’t be disappointed

Summary: My family was coming from out of town, and we wanted a place we could be together and enjoy each other's company, but also enjoy the beauty of Colorado. This home definitely fit the bill! We enjoyed a lovely day at Horsetooth Reservoir, cooked lovely meals in the recently updated kitchen, and bopped around the MANY antique shops just around the corner. OH, and the movie theater and outdoor patio made for some very relaxing evenings! Jessica is a lovely host! She was incredibly responsive and communicated any additional info we might need throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
