The casita is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with hot tub and swimming pool (not heated) private entrance and patio with access to public heated pools. New mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, luxury bedding and HDTV (with Apple TV). Very quiet and private. Close to beaches and all that Orange County has to offer. Summary: Check in process very easy. Host was accessible and very accommodating. Covered porch was lovely to sit and enjoy mornings/evenings. Neighborhood very quiet and safe.. bwdding comfortable, plenty of towels, closet space.. Pictures in listing are accurate. Items to be aware of: Room on 2nd floor, access via outdoor staircase. Window coverings are light filtering so bring eye mask if you require a dark room!
