Beautiful terraced town house with sea views.
We are very close to the beach, just a 10 minute walk away. Located between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and with plenty of amenities nearby.
Can be accessed by train from Malaga airport to Torremuelle train station which takes approx 20 mins and then it's just a 5 minute walk to the house, so no need to rent a car. There are also good bus links into town.
Secure gated community of around 30 houses. Very private, with beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Our house has a double bedroom with balcony overlooking the med and a second bedroom with twin beds. There is also a new comfortable a sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a newly built 30 m2 sun terrace accessed from the lounge through bi folding doors.
The property is newly decorated, with new beds and bedding, as well as new microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
The property also has super fast fibre optic broadband and newly installed air conditioning.

Summary: Perfect, the house had everything that you could need. Very quiet, two balconies so you can escape the sun if it gets too hot. The Pool is very clean and never too many people. A short walk down to the main street where there is a bus that takes you through the village and you can get to Malaga easily. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or with the bus. Supermarket just round the corner.

Summary: Property is full equipped, very close to bus,train beach and restaurants . We stayed in a bigger building in Benalmadena the year before and found it very noisy and quite busy, the area around this villa is quiet and relaxed and the owner is very easy to work with,I would highly recommend

Summary: The photos do not do the property justice, it is beautifully decorated, clean, with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Robert the owner is only a message away if you need any information or assistance, but you shouldn't need him as he provides loads before you arrive. The grounds where the house is situated are lovely. The pool is small but deep enough for a swim. It is up a steep hill, but with that you get a glorious view of the sea from the terraces. As it's self catering, if you don't have a car, you might want to walk to the big Mercadona about ten minutes away and get a taxi back. Shouldn't cost much. There are some restaurants near the supermarket too. Big shout out to The Indian Chef. If you like a curry, it's superb... The buses are at the bottom of the hill to go into Fuengurola or Benalamadena, or the train station is 5 minutes from the house, up the hill a little, so it's really conveniently placed, whilst being super quiet and peaceful. I can not recommend this place enough. Our holiday flew by and we'd not hesitate to book again, next time we are on the Costa del Sol.

Summary: lovely house with all you need. A new terrace to enjoy breakfast in the morning or have a drink in the evening.You can reach the beach and restaurants by foot, no need for a car.The owner Robert is an amiable person ,sending a plenty of helpful information. about the stay, house, shopping etc. We felt at home during the stay. Friendly persons we met in the houses next to us. I would love to return.

Summary: We spent two weeks in this wonderful house which is tastefully decorated, with all amenities to make you feel at home. A peaceful setting with beautiful gardens around the pool, a lovely patio with sea view and generally a great location from which to explore and enjoy the coast. Robert the owner was on hand throughout to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and couldn’t be more helpful. I would happily recommend this property for adults and families alike.
